Abadpur- On the occasion of International Drug Free Day, the Abadpur police conducted an awareness campaign in the police station area on Monday. Under the leadership of Station Officer Izhar Alam, the children of Abadpur Higher Secondary School located in Abadpur Panchayat of Barsoi block were informed about the harm caused by drugs. An appeal was made to the students to spread the message of de-addiction in their respective homes, villages and localities. An essay competition was organized among the school children on the topics related to stay away from drugs and drug addiction is a deadly disease.
